“I’m fascinated by telling the character’s story through clothes. How is the character’s look influenced by their era, society, location, and personal taste.” -Christine Reimer

Christine Reimer specializes in theatrical costume designs for live theatre and opera. She designs costumes across Canada and into the United States for large scale operas, boutique operas, original new theatrical projects, Shakespearean productions, musicals, independent film and corporate events. Ms Reimer draws inspiration from having grown up in diverse cultures in Europe, America and Central America. These early life experiences inform her desire to present diverse character’s stories through costume design.
